At first I thought those were bunnies and I was very envious, then I realized that those are bunnies in the background!
Yep, those white and black dots are bunnies! The stuff on the pavement must be some sort of art exhibit. It's just a bunch of driftwood with flattened bottoms arranged in a perfect square.
